Free estimates: We will schedule a time to walk through the property with you, so we can better understand your needs and get to know what it is you are looking for. |
Scheduling:
On our first visit we will do an initial cleaning. Because first cleanings are generally tougher and take longer than a routine, or "maintenance" cleaning, there is a start up fee for the first cleaning. When you book 6 months out, your start up fee is waived! After the initial visit we will work with you to create a regular maintenance cleaning schedule that is convenient for you.
Our weekly and bi-weekly clients know they can depend on us to clean on a regularly scheduled day. Your property will be cleaned on the same day of the week each time. (Example: every other Thursday.) For once-a-month cleanings, we make every effort to schedule your cleaning on the same day each month. (Example: the first Friday of February, first Friday of March, and so on.)
